A new program has been added to the Free Teen schedule for Winter 2023 – Youth Improv Night! It will take place every Thursday evening from 5:30 – 8:30 pm at the George Ashe Library and Community Centre, Youth Room. Join in a fun and hilarious evening each week, and learn the craft of improvisation and dramatization. Participants will have a blast creating their own characters and doing exercises to build self confidence, spontaneity, teamwork, and storytelling skills.

Bring your friends or come out to meet new ones. As this program takes place in the youth games room, participants will have the opportunity to finish off the evening with a friendly game of billiards, darts, air hockey, and more. All Teen Programs and Events are FREE for Pickering residents who are 13-19 years of age.

Membership is free and required to participate in any program or event. Parent verification will be required on your first visit, and registration can be done onsite at any event.
