Have you ever wanted to speak with confidence and ease in front of a group of people? Have you ever admired someone who was able to do so, and wondered how’d they do it? And, if you could do the same?

Some people are born with the ability to speak eloquently in front of an audience, for others it is an acquired skill that takes practice. Sometime lots and lots of practice!

Enter Toastmasters. Toastmasters is a, “…supportive learn-by-doing environment that allows you to achieve your public speaking and leadership goals at your own pace.”  Toastmasters can help you become a confident public speaker and strong leader.

A friend of mine enrolled in a Toastmasters program and it has done wonders for her public speaking skills, and this is without her telling me that she even took Toastmasters!

Toastmasters sessions are offered at a variety of locations. Check with your local community centre, library, or visit the Toastmasters website to find a session near you.  https://www.toastmasters.org/
